  I don't even want to give this cobbler one star. Took my Michael Kor shoes in to get re-healed. Only to find on my return I noticed a slight gap at the top of heel. Took them home to try on and the shoe heal was unsteady. Took them back to complain and he said he would strengthen with glue and he didn't cause the damage (yeh right) the glue was useless the heel came off the shoe. Will not be returning in a hurry. Thanks for nothing.

  Ripped the leather on my DMs quite badly and thought they were a write off (cost £100+ and I'd worn them every day for a year.)
  Took them in and they were patched and oversewn and he charged me a fiver. Couldn't see the mend unless you were VERY close. That was October 2016. Worn them every day since. Only just retired them as the repair is starting to fail.
